The Ask
Incorporate more storytelling, more emotion, into the Peet’s website. As it stood, it was 99% commerce focused. That said, the customer journey was still the most important consideration.
The Answer
First, a site audit, that led to initial recommendations of how and where to bring more soul to the site. Head nods secured, we moved to user journey planning, wireframes, content strategy and design. Simultaneously, we engaged a production company to help produce the required video content. After a multiple-location shoot and post-production, the video content was ready. In the meantime, we dialed in the site design and copy and we were set for launch.
The Response
+15% more visitors scrolled through the full landing page.
+7.6% add to cart rate
+9.3% revenue per visitor
+7.7% total revenue
